Code of Conduct for ClubFEM® New Jersey Members

Welcome to ClubFEM® New Jersey! As a niche community dedicated to fostering relationships between Dominant Women and submissive males, W/we cultivate an environment of inclusivity and personal growth. W/we believe in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable environment for all members. To ensure a positive experience, W/we have established the following Code of Conduct that all members are expected to adhere to:

1. **Respectful Communication**

• Treat all members with kindness and respect, regardless of differing opinions, backgrounds, or experiences.
• Practice active listening and allow others to express their thoughts and ideas.
• Use language that is inclusive and free from harassment, discrimination, or hostility.

2. **Integrity**

• As members of ClubFEM® New Jersey, we are bound by and committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity
• Communicate openly and truthfully, valuing clarity and directness.
• Address challenges and uncertainties transparently, seeking to resolve potential misunderstandings proactively
• When concerns arise regarding ethical behavior, members are encouraged to raise issues promptly, safeguarding the  integrity of the community.

3. **Inclusivity and Diversity**

• Celebrate diversity within our club and seek to create an environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Avoid making assumptions about individuals based on their race, gender, sexuality, age, or any other characteristic.
• The Age requirement for membership is 21 years or older.  This is non-negotiable.
• W/we encourage participation from all members and credit their contributions generously.

4. **Confidentiality**

• Respect members’ privacy by keeping personal information shared within the club confidential.
• Information sharing between club members is reserved for vetting purposes and occurs with explicit consent between parties.

5. **Responsibility and Accountability**

• Take responsibility for your actions and words; if you make a mistake, acknowledge it and strive to learn from it.
• Contribute actively to the club’s activities and initiatives, and support fellow members where applicable.

6. **Conflict Resolution**

• Address conflicts or disagreements constructively, seeking to resolve issues amicably.
• Bring concerns to the attention of the club leadership when necessary, and commit to finding a positive resolution.

7. **Participation Engagement**

• Attend meetings and events regularly, contributing your thoughts and participating fully for the benefit of the group.
• Stay engaged with club communications, actively looking for opportunities to help or collaborate.

8. **Safety and Support**

• Prioritize the safety and well-being of all members at events and gatherings. Report any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of yourself or others.
• Support and uplift fellow members, especially those who may feel marginalized or unheard.

9. **Adherence to Club Values**

• Uphold and promote the core values of our club in all interactions, both online and offline.
• There will be no criticism or slandering of any club members. No gossiping, participation in rumor mill behavior, or divisiveness. W/we stand as a unified and supportive group.
• No written word shall be used to engage in bullying or harassment (publicly or privately) of any other person or party.
• Participate in ongoing dialogue about how W/we can better realize these values as a community.

10. **Solicitation**

• Under NO circumstances are members, applicants, nor those under consideration for membership allowed to solicit paid fetish, sex, kink, etc services of any kind under any circumstances! This behavior is against the LAW and will not be tolerated. 
• ClubFEM® New Jersey is NOT a paid services provider, nor do we condone or support solicitation of such. This includes but is not limited to Professional Dominatrix services, sex work, or any other type of paid sexual services of any kind.
• Violations of our solicitation policy will result in immediate termination of membership and revocation of affiliation.

ClubFEM® New Jersey reserves the right as a private social organization to enact decisions on application status and membership as per our membership guidelines and code of conduct.

By adhering to this Code of Conduct, we ensure that ClubFEM® New Jersey remains a vibrant, supportive, and thriving community. W/we appreciate Y/your commitment to maintaining a positive atmosphere where everyone can grow and build lasting connections. Thank you for being an invaluable member of ClubFEM® New Jersey!

This Code of Conduct serves as a living document. ClubFEM® New Jersey leadership reserves the right to edit or improve this document at any time without notice.

Members of other ClubFEM® chapters may contact the ClubFEM®NJ HeadMistress to request to attend socials and events.  ClubFEM®NJ members in good standing may reach out likewise and attend events in other chapters if permitted.  ClubFEM® is a diverse international organization and we pride ourselves in being supportive to our fellow chapters.
